On this twentieth episode of the show, I talk to Wim Deputter. Wim is a 2nd degree black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu under Felipa Costa. Wim has been competing for more than 20 years in MMA, BJJ, and a variety of grappling sports. He is the head coach at Brasa Belgium in Leuven, Belgium.
On this episode, Wim shares about how training in the martial arts from a young age has impacted his life. He talks about the mental evolution he sees in his students as they progress from a beginner to an advanced student.
