Zach Even-Esh Interview: "Remove What You Know Is Poison"

Training in martial arts like Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ), Judo, wrestling, & Muay Thai is my outlet for improving my mental health and becoming a better person.

On this thirtieth episode of the Jiu-Jitsu Outlet podcast, I interview the legendary strength coach Zach Even-Esh. Zach spent his youth in wrestling and bodybuilding and developed a lifelong passion for strength and conditioning.

As an adult, Zach has worked with countless kids at all levels of athletics and developed world class athletes through his program at the Underground Strength Academy.Currently, Zach coaches full time at a high school, runs his online strength coach certifications, and hosts his podcast: The Stronglife Podcast.

On this episode, Zach shares about why it is important for everyone (especially kids) to do difficult things and develop mental toughness. Recently having switched to shopping from a local Mennonite farmer, Zach teaches why eating local is the way to be healthy.

You will learn about why it is important to raise the next generation properly and how we can become better leaders. Zach and I talk about easy tactics you can utilize to live a healthier life, build a better mindset, and create more mental toughness.

This is an episode you do NOT want to miss.
