Anton Harrison-Kern Interview On How Jiu-Jitsu Helps With Business

Training in martial arts like Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ), Judo, wrestling, & Muay Thai is my outlet for improving my mental health and becoming a better person.

On this thirty-eighth episode of the show, I talk with Anton Harrison-Kern. Anton is a purple belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu who teaches at his academy. He also is a successful entrepreneur operating companies out of Australia for the last few decades.

On this episode, Anton shares how training in Jiu-Jitsu gave him real confidence and helped his mental health. We talk about the ways that Jiu-Jitsu helps with entrepreneurship and why the two disciplines are so similar.

Anton shares how training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu helped his kids become more competitive and confident and why he thinks it is beneficial for kids to be enrolled in the martial arts.

We also discuss how competing in combat martial arts like BJJ helps a person monitor their ego.

This is an episode you do NOT want to miss.
